Proper charging is essential to maintain the performance and longevity of your Airwheel electric luggage. Here’s a guide to ensure optimal battery health:
Use the original charger provided (AC220V50-60Hz) to avoid damaging the lithium-ion battery. Connect the charger to the designated port and ensure the luggage is placed on a stable surface. A full charge typically takes about 2 hours for the SE3-10S-W73 model. Avoid overcharging by unplugging the device once it reaches 100% capacity.
Never expose the battery to water or extreme temperatures, as these can void the warranty and cause permanent damage. Do not disassemble the battery or attempt DIY repairs. If the luggage is not used for extended periods, store it with a partial charge (around 50%) to prevent battery degradation.
Charge the battery whenever it drops below 20% to maintain its capacity. Regularly using the full charge cycle can reduce battery life over time. If you’re planning a long trip, ensure the battery is fully charged before departure.
